One Chamber Pushed To Represent Valley ![]() Could there be too many voices speaking for the Valley business community? Joe Hooven believes so. He is the immediate past president of the Universal City/North Hollywood Chamber of Commerce and owner of Burbank-based Best Window Treatments Inc.
