		Production Director, Susan Dunigan has been with the Orange County Business Journal for 11 years. In addition to her tenure with the OCBJ, Susan spent two years at the San Diego Business Journal and a year and a half at the Los Angeles Business Journal as a graphic artist. With all that experience behind her, Susan's earned a reputation as the "can-do," unflappable guiding force of the production department. 		Production artist, Richard Loyd, joined the Business Journal art department in 1991 after graduating from Platt College. Richard is one of three staff members responsible for layout of the Journal and is frequently called upon to design graphs and special illustrations. 		Jill Tangredi came to the Business Journal in 1994 as an intern from CSU Fullerton majoring in communications. During her internship in the advertising department, Jill�s strong graphic skills came to the attention of the production department ... the rest is history. Jill is the resident expert on new software, and is especially talented working with Photoshop, Illustrator and Pagemaker. 		Terri Conway came to the Business Journal one day after graduating from Orange Coast College, where she majored in graphic design and photography.
